Operations Manager/Responsible Individual

The Operations Manager will have overall responsibilities of the services and will work closely with the CEO to seek out the best opportunities and strategy for growth. As the Ofsted registered Responsible Individual for designated services, you will act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that they meet relevant requirements set out in legislation and provide additional support to existing site leadership that may be required.

Required Key Attributes:

* A strong background of residential children's home management, with knowledge of Ofsted requirements and working in challenging environments.

* Display good commercial acumen to develop and produce operationally viable and cost-effective solutions to business development opportunities.

* Proven organisational and financial and people management skills within a childrens residential setting.

* QCF Level 5 Diploma or equivalent in Leadership in Health and Social Care / Children and Young People

* A strong commitment to the safeguarding, including Health & Safety, children, young people, families and staff in all services.
