Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a successful window and door business.

Our client is a specialist in supplying and installing windows and doors for the domestic and commercial markets. They have been trading for over 15 years and are known for their excellent customer service experience and outstanding product satisfaction.

The right candidate will have experience working as Sales Manager within the window and door industry, selling and promoting products to domestic and commercial customers.

The role:

* Service the requirements of existing customer base.

* Seek out and maximise the potential for new business, both from existing and new customers

* Promote the company and its range of products in an enthusiastic and positive manner

* Make use of all marketing initiatives available to gain business

* Maintain regular contact with the MD to advise on all current issues in your area

* Attend occasional appointments to promote and advise on products to fit client/customers budget and aesthetic

* Complete monthly sales reports

* Training will be provided where needed

The Candidate:

* Have a background in Sales within the Windows and Doors business

* Has current or previous experience selling w&d products into the trade sector

* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

* Be sales and target driven

* Is able to manage own workload and be self-motivated

* Currently residing in the UK
