Do you have a background in RF Hardware Design, possess good Leadership skills whilst remaining a strong hands-on Senior Engineer? A RF Team Leader opportunity has opened up with an award-winning Company at the forefront of RF design for critical Satellite Communications Infrastructure.
The Role and Responsibilities:
The successful RF Team leader will lead and undertake hands-on RF Circuit design and development of a range of products covering a broad range of frequencies from DC up to Ka-band; using your experience to guide RF designs to achieve internal and external customer requirements. Youll mentor junior engineers, ensure high standards of documentation as well as contributing to the expansion of RF and Microwave processes and techniques within the company.
Technical Skills and Knowledge will ideally include:
* A good Bachelors or Masters Degree in an Electronic related discipline.
* 4+ years RF Hardware Design experience within an industrial setting.
* Proven experience of RF Circuit Design including RF Schematics.
* Experience of working across a range of Frequencies.
* Some mentoring or team leadership experience.
* A background involving Satellite Communications and Instrumentation products would be great to see.
