Belmont Recruitment is currently looking for an Intermediate Care based RGN Staff Nurse a locum role based in Blackburn. The role is to work in a rehabilitation and nursing unit ensuring local people who are in need of a short period of intense rehabilitation receive effective care in a safe co-ordinated way.
The role is full time and available immediately to start. The pay rate is between £21.00 to £30.00 a per hour (ltd) £27,055 to £32,934 a year pa pro rata depending on shift pattern.

* Diploma/Degree in Nursing

Job description:
* Within the role you will be required to work as part of the 24-hour ward-based nursing team, under the direction of the ward manager, providing high quality holistic person centre nursing care to patients.
* The staff nurse role carries delegated responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing to patients in their own homes and other community settings.
* To assume delegated responsibility for the supervision of the team in the absence of the ward manager when required.
* Using your communication and interpersonal skills, you will develop excellent working relationships with a range of health, care, and community partners.
