Role purpose

A key member of the team, supporting Account Managers and Directors in the delivery and development of exceptional services to ensure client and Group objectives are met. You will be developing commercial expertise and wider project management skills which will support career progression.

Leadership & Management

Demonstrates a logical and organised approach to completing tasks with strong attention to detail. Takes responsibility for managing own time and prioritising work effectively ensuring deadlines are met.

Understands and manages client and team expectations.

Acts as an ambassador for the Company, demonstrating a high standard of personal and professional behaviour. Treats all people with dignity and respect, promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.

Demonstrate willingness to build relationships at all levels to gain the cooperation and trust of colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

Commerciality & Accountability

Demonstrates a high level of understanding of personal, team and clients commercial objectives. Proactively and consistently provides support to ensure these objectives are met.

Communication & Relationships

Confident in engaging in conversations with new people. Secure in building rapport, listening and forming relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Able to assess client requirements and concerns.

Able to identify key messages and seeks clarification when unsure.

Active attendance and assistance in preparation for client meetings, making valuable contributions as required.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

Familiar and competent with general office IT systems, research tools, social media platforms and consultation databases.

Confident in drafting internal, client and public-facing materials using strong copywriting and proofing skills.

Intuitive with the initiative to undertake research activities and keep up-to-date with current affairs as required.

Excellent literacy and writing skills with a good level of numeracy and the ability to understand basic financial data.

Professional Development & Collaboration

Works as an effective team member to achieve results; including supporting other teams and the wider group with tasks and initiatives.

Attends Networking Events to gain exposure to the industry.

Willing to learn from and share experience with others.

Proactively utilises training resources and takes responsibility for continuing professional development.

Keeps up to date with current affairs.
