Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement innovative solutions for improving equipment efficiency.
Project Management:

Lead and contribute to mechanical engineering projects, from concept to completion.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects within established timelines and budgets.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend engineering solutions.
Regulatory Compliance:

Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical systems in food processing facilities.
Ensure that all mechanical engineering activities adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to foster a cohesive and efficient working environment.
Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Qualifications:

Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.

Rotating shifts

1400hrs - 2200hrs / 0600hrs - 1400hrs / 0400hrs - 1200hrs on rotation

Monday to Friday role

Expectation of working 1 Saturday in 3 on overtime rate of 1.5x Sunday work is paid at a rate of 2x.
