My client are a high end residential developer that focus on high quality property's and they have a new development opening in Reading that they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them on a permanent basis

What you will need:

At least 2 years experience within property sales
Full UK drivers license
An employment profile that demonstrates stability

You will be based on site carrying out the following duties:

Selling new build properties off plan
Sales Progression
Calling with the internal customer database updating customers
Conducting viewings
Chasing sales leads
Updating the CRM system
Responding to enquires from potential customers
