Title: Quality Administrator
Department: Quality
Hours: 8am-4pm (unless unexpected travel)
Salary: £30K-£35K (Yearly bonus based on performance)
Our client is looking for someone who is experienced in automotive trade.
General duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure that all relevant information on quality related activities is gathered, analysed, and transferred to the concerned stakeholder.
- Collect, compile, and sort client specific data from various sources.
- Make available relevant data in a structured and accessible way.
- Analyse and gain insight on delivered products, potential quality issues, customer satisfaction.
- Provide concerned AGEU plants timely with correct data & insights.
- Quantitative and qualitative feedback based on KPI follow-up & analysis (e.g. claims, avoided claims, ppm.)
- Deliver correct data and insights to AGEU.
- Deliver customer support including (but not limited to) analysis, short term containment actions (e.g. start sorting suspect parts on the line) in case of quality issues including Regular Site Visits
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide specifically all facts and data about claims to AGEU plants, and work to maintain a strong relationship with the customer plant.
- Initiate, build and secure long-term working relationships with relevant internal & external stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow-up AGEU procedures and guidelines.
- Create and enforce desired QSHE attitude.
Occasional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit car dealerships to collect warranty claim parts.
- Internal Product & Process Audits.
- Any other duties that may be reasonably requested .
Working Conditions:
- Working with computer/screens
- Travel to other plants and Customers (when required)
- Flexibility outside of remit, normal working hours, place of work, etc. according to business requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic Knowledge of IATF / ISO 9001 - (not Essential)
- Proven successful 8D and Problem solving
- Proven successful communication skills
- Demonstrable successful negotiation skills
- Demonstrable successful auditing experience
- IT skills for use of SAP and customer Portals
- Significant successful experience in the Automotive industry
- Full Drivers Licence
