Maintenance Surveyor - Hybrid
£30p/h Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)
3-6 Months Initially (with view for extension)
Central Bedfordshire

Rate is negotiable upon experience

What will you do?
The role will cover Bedford and surrounding areas delivering a comprehensive, good quality responsive repairs and maintenance service to our customers.
A full range of technical duties including surveying, specifying and managing repair works.

What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process
·UK Resident
·A good understanding of construction, maintenance and social housing.
·An ONC/HNC/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or the equivalent experience.
·The ability to plan your own workload as this post requires you to work from home or on your patch for much of the working week
