£150 Major highway development

redfish are partnering with one of the UKs leading civil contractors who will be delivering a £150M highways development in Didcot.

As the project gathers momentum, they are seeking an experienced Design Manager to oversee the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and deadline requirements.

As well as civil / highway packages there will be extensive temporary works around complex structures.
Responsibilities will include;
Manage the temporary and permanent works designs for all pre-construction and delivery stages
Ensuring a design programme is prepared and agreed with each designer
Incorporating the design programme into the main programme
Providing construction methodology input and incorporating in the programme where required
To be successful in this role you will need to have major highway and structures experience and seen a project from early stages through to completion.
