A London NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Senior Manager for the successful utilisation of an electronic rostering (HealthRoster) system across the Trust.
This is a temporary post for a period of 3 months.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Manage the different functions of the HealthRoster portfolio, overseeing the collation of individual specific rosters in all areas;
Where impact on budgets is identified, to report findings to Directorate Management Accountants, Managers, Matrons and Workforce Systems Steering Group - working in partnership and using in-depth system knowledge to identify and propose solutions;
To support, facilitate and monitor implementation progress, support reporting on performance improvement, provide education and training to all staff;
The timely delivery of any new project and for reporting any arising deviations from the plan and for making recommendations to remedy situations as they arise, keeping the Project Board and stakeholders appraised throughout. Responsible for evidencing and documenting benefits achieved.
A successful candidate will have:
Experience of full lifecycle delivery of e-Rostering implementation project, ideally across different industries (including within Acute Hospital Trust);
A proven track record of management at a senior level in an NHS environment, including staff management, financial management and change management.
