We have a unique opportunity for a Construction Manager working with an established contractor in Edinburgh.

The Project is an 8 month CAT B commercial Fit out with the value around £8M. You will be number two on site and will be responsible for managing the whole site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

Have Fit Out experience
Have experience in delivering CAT A and B Fit outs
Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Construction Manager on commercial projects
