Excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to join one of Birmingham's largest and most successful architectural practices based within walking distance of the city centre.

The practice have enjoyed a long period of sustainable growth, acquiring key additions to their talented architectural team in recent times. These strong additions mean that the practice are in a solid position to explore new avenues and sectors. The practice have historically focused on the Residential and Student Accommodation sectors, and are now beginning to develop their Education offering.

A Senior Architect is now required that can demonstrate a wealth of experience within the Residential sector. Ideally, you will hold at least 3-5 years of post qualification experience, and will have spent most of these working within the Residential sector. Sector knowledge in other areas would also be advantageous, but Residential is the stand out criteria for this position.

The practice have successfully implemented Revit software throughout the business, and while the majority of their workload is still carried out using AutoCAD, it would be highly beneficial for the Senior Architect to be proficient with Revit software.

The following skills and characteristics would be highly advantageous for the Senior Architect to possess:

* Fully qualified Architect with UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 and 3 level.
* ARB registration
* At least 3 years of post qualification experience, ideally already operating at a Senior level.
* Demonstrable experience of working within the Residential sector (at least 3 years)
* Experience of leading teams and running projects from inception to completion
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup & Photoshop (added benefit of Revit)

In return, a competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 will be on offer, alongside a generous benefits package. The practice have also embraced hybrid working with most employees enjoying a split of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
