Premises Assistant x 2 Fishponds Bristol BS16 Permanent £25,000 per annum

Our client a leader within the construction industry are seeking a Premises Assistant (Caretaker) to join them on a permanent basis within their client site based in Fishponmds, Bristol.

Description and requirements
Building Services provides complete Facilities Management of schools, colleges, and universities throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.

We are looking for a Premises Assistant (Caretaker) to join our facilities management team based in Bristol Metropolitan Academy in Fishponds, Bristol, BS16.

Youll:
Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the premises team for all equipment, plant, services and systems;
Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
Undertake any training as required and to provide training, guidance, technical advice and support to the wider team.
Work in alternating shift patterns opening up and locking up premises
Be required to carry out an Enhanced DBS screening check if successful

We are looking for:
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees, customers and clients
Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
Knowledge of building maintenance
Willingness to learn, adapt and work as part of a team.
