Premises Manager Fishponds, Bristol Permanent £26,300 per annum plus benefits

Our client a leader within the construction industry are seeking a Premises Manager to join their client site based in Fishponds Bristol.

We are looking for on-site Premises Manager's to join our facilities management team based in Schools located around Bristol.

Youll:
Coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the team for all services within the school.
Comply with Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
Manage and arrange sub-contractor attendance and provide detailed quotations, supervise work and carry out quality control and final sign off if required.
Ensure that the site has adequate resource both labour and materials to fulfil contractual obligations.
Be included on rotational work schedules for opening and closing the school.
Be required to carry out an Enhanced DBS screening check if successful

We are looking for:
Experience of Facilities Management or maintenance delivery
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer and client
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Ability to manage and deliver works on time and on budget.
