Youd be coming in as a Quality Engineer working in the Burnley area and would be someone thats ready to help the business develop their quality function from pretty much a blank canvas.
Its an exciting time as theyre about to launch a new product with designs being finalised within the construction industry and they must be accredited by the end of 2024, so youll be part of a fast growing and dynamic team with lots of challenges for you to get stuck in to.
They are quite low on the QA/QC maturity curve so youd be implementing QMS standards that could lead to setting up new franchises that you would play an integral part in.
With part of the role, you will be expected to mentor teams along the way, so being a team player and having the ability to communicate across multiple levels will be really important here.
