Part-time Customer & Administration Assistant
Are you a confident, communicative and proactive administrator looking to assist a team of hardworking engineers maintaining life-saving equipment? We are looking for a new team member to assist our client with customer support and diary scheduling assistance. Communicating to end users and manufacturers via email and telephone, this role is for 3 days per week for a 6 month probationary period, before quickly progressing into a full-time role.
Part-time Customer & Administration Assistant Responsibilities
As the Customer & Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:
Providing first-class customer support in line with company policy
Maintaining scheduling assistance for field engineers
Ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted on time on behalf of the engineers
Working closely with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by aligning with customer requirements and expectations
To consistently monitor incoming enquiries via email and telephone
Part-time Customer & Administration Assistant Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have at least a year's experience within an administration or customer service role and the confidence to hit the ground running. A self-motivated and proactive approach is essential, as well as the ability to manage an ever-changing diary. Previous experience working with engineers or a similar industry would be beneficial. An excellent telephone manner and a high standard of both written and verbal communication skills are essential. Competency with Microsoft Excel is essential, as you will be working with it daily. Our client is looking for a dynamic personality to work well with this quirky group of office executives!

Our client operates within the healthcare industry, covering the UK and Europe and working with the NHS, private hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry. Working hours are 9am-5pm, three days per week which can be discussed at interview.
