My client is a leading contractor in the civils sector. We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to complete an ongoing contract. You will be required to manage the running of the site through to completion.
Scope of works: Shafts, Sheeted pits, Trenchless Pipe Install, etc.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Reporting and working alongside the Director and Contracts Manager.
* Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
* Managing and producing programmes
* Producing RAMS
* Quality Assurance.
* Managing the labour and putting men to work.
* Providing progress reports
* Commercial management
* Managing and liaising with the client
* Procurement and labour management
* Ordering and managing materials.
Project manager Requirements:
* Strong Management Skills
* Must have experience in scope of works - Tunnelling
* Proficient in MS Projects, Excel
* Exerience in Cost Control
* Black CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
