We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to contribute towards the success of projects.

Responsibilities:

* Support in the management, control and reporting of build costs, cash flows and budget financial information as per group policies and processes.

* Support in the processing of payments

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders

* Commercial reporting

* Assist in the process of determining and agreeing site start programmes and timescales

Qualifications/ experience required:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.

* House-building experience (essential)

* COINS experience (desirable)

* Basic financial/ commercial awareness and technical knowledge

* Basic knowledge of the construction industry

* Knowledge of construction design management regulations.

* A basic understanding of the financial implications of the methods and sequences of build
