Qualified Social Worker - Nottinghamshire County Council - Ageing Well Flexible Response Service - £32ph!

Experienced Social Workers required to work within AW Flexible Response Service. This is a county wide team and requires a Social Worker to have experience in assessment work and Safeguarding work. Workers will be required to carry out face to face home visit.
