Multi-Site Mechanical PPM Engineer

A leading Building services maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Mechanical PPM Engineer. Mechanical PPM Engineer will be carrying out maintenance and repairs on Commercial heating systems.

This is a mobile position working 8-4.30 Monday to Friday being paid up to £37k basic + overtime + package

As the Successful Mechanical PPM Engineer, you will be:

Mechanical PPM Engineer will be performing PPMs on Mechanical plant systems
Mechanical PPM Engineer will be able to carry out fault finding on commercial plumbing equipment.
Mechanical PPM Engineer will work on a call out rota of 1 in 3 week's
Mechanical PPM Engineer will be covering 3 sites in the Surrey area.As the Successful Mechanical PPM Engineer, you will have:

Mechanical PPM Engineer will have experience working on Mechanical plant systems/ HVAC equipment.
Mechanical PPM Engineer will have qualifications in heating and plumbing
Mechanical PPM Engineer will ideally have Domestic gas tickets or F-gas
Mechanical PPM Engineer will have strong communication skills
Mechanical PPM Engineer will live commutable distance to SurreyMechanical PPM Engineer will be paid up to £37k basic + overtime + package
