Are you an experienced and motivated Field Line Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team in Bath.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service, manage complaints, and foster client relationships.
* Conduct client meetings and collaborate with sales/installation teams.
* Perform site surveys, provide quotes, and manage team performance.
* Ensure high productivity and quality and serve as an escalation point for engineers.
* Support Service Desk, manage overtime, and achieve gross margin targets.
* Monitor service levels, analyse KPI data, and optimise processes.
* Produce risk/method statements, provide toolbox talks, and assist with audits.
* Ensure compliance with standards/SLAs and minimise non-compliance.
* Achieve monthly targets for gross margin, maintenance calls, and customer retention.
Essential Qualities:
* Strong organisational skills.
* Previous Fire and Security industry experience.
* Proficient in fire and security systems technology.
* Excellent relationship management and leadership skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
Desirable Qualities:
* Experience in resource planning and relevant software.
* Proficiency in producing Profit and Loss reports.
* Demonstrated success in achieving SLAs.
* CSCS/ECS Card preferred
