The Role

As our Regional Manager, youll undertake all commercial and operational requirements, for both the branch and region, to maximise customer satisfaction and branch performance across a range of disciplines. These include Health & Safety, Cost to Serve and Employee Development, whilst striving to achieve continued improvement with a Value-Added approach to outstanding customer service.

As a role model in your attitude towards Health & Safety activities, continuously developing a safe working environment and culture, youll identify training requirements for employees to ensure the highest possible standards of customer service are maintained and implement succession and talent plans, carrying out one to one sessions. Youll ensure that the sites are run within the costs budget as set by the UKW Operations and achieve regional sales budget in terms of revenue, volume, margin and profit.

The Person

Wed like our Regional Manager to have a pro-active, positive, and challenging view on service quality and have a strong understanding and commitment to the Right First Time principles. Youll possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to allow you to interact in both written and verbal format with employees, managers, suppliers, and customers, and have a strong customer focus. Youll have good analytical skills to identify patterns in performance data and recognise / implement corrective actions as required.

Previous experience of people management is preferred but not essential, as is experience of the automotive or glass industry.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary up to £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience

* Company Car

* 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays

* 35 days holiday per year, inclusive of public holidays

* Holiday purchase scheme (purchase up to 5 additional days per year)

* Management bonus scheme pays up to 10% of basic salary, based on business targets and not guaranteed

* Group personal pension plan a defined contribution scheme with Aviva with up to 8% employer contribution
