Reward Analyst
Reporting to the Head of Reward and Benefits, this is a high-profile and critical role, providing global compensation support for employees across multiple countries and driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making for the HR team to enage, retain and motivate employees . You will be an experienced financial Reward Analyst within HR, able to support the development of the global salary, bonus and incentive structures, manage the annual compensation budgeting and benchmarking process, and maintain the country-specific payscales. You must have a strong financial acumen along with business partnering experience within an HR function.
Candidates must be Oxford-based.
Reward Analyst Responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and manage the annual HR budget, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
Data collection, role matching and related analysis of survey reports for global salary benchmarking survey submissions and monitor data integrity
Support bi-annual global salary and performance review process including preparation of pay and pay inflation analyses, pay budgets, pay proposal materials, analysis of proposals, and implementation
Provide recurring compensation metrics, data reporting and other analyses for the long-term forecasting and headcount planning
Manipulate, model, analyse and interpret large data sets, draw conclusions and create a compelling narrative to add value to compensation-related decisions
Design, build and implement analytical models using people and market data to forecast costs and identify issues and impacts, providing financial and data insights for REMCO
Support with the calculations, analysis, and awarding of sales and bonus incentive programmes

Reward Analyst Experience
To be successful in this Financial Reward Analyst role you will have a Bachelor's degree in Maths, Statistics, Finance or Economics (or equivalent) and demonstrated experience in a quantitative field of work. You will have a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis within HR or related shared services function. You will have a strong understanding of HR processes, policies and best practices and be a self-starter and a resilient character able to influence and present to senior stakeholders confidently and with strong data integrity. You will be numerically focused, technically astute and financially minded with prior hands-on commercial experience of analysing financial data and be comfortable with numbers and presenting. You will be experienced at financial data cleansing, big data manipulation and data modelling. You will have previous experience of gaining board sign-off and have experience of managing and analysing raw paid for salary data for global roles, multiple geographies, and multiple currencies. You will be experienced at providing the financial narrative for senior leadership meetings around salary and financial accounting data and understand the different salary implications and compensation rules in different regions globally. You must have previous experience in financial reporting and analytics and understand survey methodologies including job matching, reporting line and responsibilities. You must have demonstrable experience of handling high volume projects and complex transactions efficiently and to tight deadlines. As the point of contact at all levels of the company for financial compensation enquiries, you will be experienced at making decisions in areas such as inflation pay rises, standard pay rises, pay off-payscale, pensions etc.
The suitable candidate must have a proven and demonstrable background of performing analysis in HR related contexts with relevant financial data and projects. You must possess advanced MS Excel, MS Office and Power BI skills.
Location
This role is based in Oxford, OX1 and is hybrid - with 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home. Please note that there is no parking available. The office is accessible via public transport, park & ride, cycle or walking. You must live in the Oxfordshire area or be are able to do this commute at least 3 days a week to apply.
