In this unique program, you'll get the chance to explore four diverse areas: Online Trading, Content Creation, Optimisation, and Digital Product Development. Each rotation is meticulously crafted to provide you with a comprehensive view of our department. By immersing yourself in different facets of our business, you'll gain unparalleled exposure and enrich your understanding of the retail landscape.

As an integral part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated teams across the function. Your day-to-day tasks will range from supporting team-wide initiatives to taking charge of individual projects tailored to your skills and interests. Expect a blend of administrative tasks, insightful reporting, and engaging status meetings, all while you work on projects that truly make a difference.

At TJX, we understand the importance of mentorship. That's why each student will be paired with a seasoned Officer/Manager, providing you with the guidance and support needed to thrive. Your mentor will be your go-to person, offering insights, advice, and encouragement as you navigate your journey within the company.
