IT Support Technician

Were currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join the team during an exciting period of continued growth. As a non-profit organisation our purpose is Working Together for a Cleaner Safer Environment.

Your responsibilities:

* The delivery and setup of Hardware for end users.

* Identifying and fixing hardware-related technical problems.

* Supporting and maintaining Microsoft server/desktop setups that are hosted on-premises and in the cloud.

* Administration of Office 365 and Active Directory.

* Software setup on desktops and laptops.

* Installation and control of antivirus software.

* Keeping up with technical documents as assigned.

About you

* Experience working in an IT team, and the capacity to manage and prioritise various tasks.

* Show initiative, friendliness, and approachability, and possess strong communication abilities.

* As an individual and team member, strive to perform at a high level out of a genuine concern for quality.

* Due to the nature of the position, you must have a practical approach and be persistent. Microsoft Dynamics expertise is a plus.

* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP) in Windows 10.
