* To deliver pre-planned, efficient maintenance tasks to the highest quality standard

* Compliant with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices

* Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, painting & decoration, and basic plumbing

What you'll need to succeed

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

* Carpentry, painting, changing doors and locks, tiling

* A Joinery qualification would be essential
