This company who I have personally been working with for over a year are looking to grow their Response team by adding another Response Surveyor to cover the Oxford area. Due to the colder months that are approaching, Damp and Mould experience will be essential but all round responsive surveying experience will be required. The company offer a good package with flexibility in the role, support with qualifications and progression opportunities for the right candidate.

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £42,000.

Responsibilities of the Response Surveyor role:

Taking responsibility for repair services requests and complaints made by tenants
Undertaking appropriate investigations and raising repair orders as necessary
Diagnose issues and report to relevant job titles
Inspect works and approve invoices or valuations for payment upon notification of completion
Overseeing minor works, refurbishment work, voids and general surveying
Advise on construction defects and the like, all helping us to ensure we deliver a great customer service
Skills needed in the Response Surveyor role:

Relative experience within a local authority or other registered social landlord
Extensive experience within repairs surveying
Experience of working directly with tenants and able to represent the company on a good front
Damp and Mould experience is required
Ability to work in a cross-cutting role collaborating with other services and teams
Good understanding IT as you will be using a tablet for your work
