More about your role As an Electrician working within our Sheffield Planned Works team, you will carry out electrical works to new kitchen & bathroom installations to all internal and external clients within your area, primarily our domestic housing portfolio.
Your main duties will include 1st and 2nd fix installation work, consumer unit changes, electrical rewires, wiring upgrades, minor works repairs as required, & electrical testing after completion of works.
Working in partnership with other colleagues you will be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out on time and within the Groups policies and procedures with regards to Health & Safety, housing management and maintenance.
On top of your base salary you will also have the opportunity to earn overtime, you will provided with a company van + tools and will be entitle to 24 Days Holiday.

More about you There is a highly technical and important role and therefore there is some criteria that you will need to be able to meet in order for us to progress your application further.
You will need to demonstrate in your CV/application that you possess:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in Electrical Installation
* City and Guilds 2382 incorporating 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations
* Experience of testing & carrying out periodic inspections
* Experience and/or knowledge of working in domestic properties
* An understanding of the importance of health and safety in the work place
* Positive approach to engaging with customers
* A full and current UK driving licence
* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394 -2395 Testing & Inspection Certificate.
