Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

The Role:
Manage a portfolio of claims.
Accurately check all the information on a claim and ensure accuracy throughout.
Liaise with policyholders and experts to ensure accurate and timely settlement of claims.
Be involved in all claim handling aspects.
Site visits with loss adjusters.
Provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience required:
Experience within claims handling or case handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication, not afraid to ask questions.
Team player.
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Confident working independently.
Ideally interested in studying for further qualifications that we fund such as CII qualification.
