Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in school and nursery refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and other financial reports

* Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success

* Prepare tender documents and contracts

* Analyze data and prepare reports on findings

* Manage project costs and ensure that they remain within budget

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

* 1+ years of experience in school and nursery refurbishment projects

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
