Located in Greylees, near to Sleaford, situated close to the A17 We are a large Residential service that provides care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities and complex needs. We support individuals with Autism, Mental Health, complex challenging behaviours, Downs Syndrome and sensory impairment associated needs. Support at Byards Keep is person-centred with the individual always being at the centre of their care and support. They rely on you to keep them safe, treat them with dignity and support them to live a truly enriched life. Byards Keep is a welcoming, relaxed, homely, yet professional residential home. The individuals enjoy many activities in and around their community such as swimming, cinema, educational/life skills, discos, sports club, bowling, annual holidays and much more, so youll be assisting with these on a day to day basis. previous experience is required , however all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
