Be able to motivate, support and inspire learners, members of staff and our wider community.
Up to date DBS.
Up to date CV and references.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relational skills.
A compassionate and kind nature, with a passion for helping students of all abilities succeed in their school life.Be reliable and committed to making sure children get the best care and education possible.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people,
Be approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with SEN learners within the school.
