For sale - 4 steel modules (approx 16t weight and 3.4m wide x 13m length each) which once re-assembled forms the house you see pictured. This cannot be flat pack and you need to transport by lorry and crane hence the price.
The external facade is in good state of repair. Pictures typically show certain sides covered by OSB timber board. This is due to them being the internal face of the module when all 4 are connected together.
Wealth of history behind the house which exceeds the gold standards for building standards and all detailed drawings can be provided as part of sale.
Each module is approx 16t and dimensions have been provided. Internal fabric needs attention although the core structure is sound and ready.
