TSA Surveying Ltd are recruiting for a freelance Site Inspector/Clerk of Works in East Sussex.
This is a freelance position that will suit a qualified Building Surveyor or Clerk of Works and involves carrying out inspections of work carried out by contractors on healthcare refurbishment projects.
You will be responsible for site inspections, recording your findings and issuing reports with photographs.
An example rate is £300-£350 per day ROE.
This is an ongoing contract role outside IR35 and is 2-3 days a week.
