Support Worker - Days or Nights Kettering Permanent Full Time

DAYS - £10.50/hr Full Time Days are between 7am-10pm. Shifts are Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm), working 4 or 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends.
We have Full Time Permanent role in the following areas across the Kettering area -
* Kettering Town Centre NN16 - Driver prefered
* Barton Seagrave NN15 - Driver Essential
* Thrapston NN14 - Driver Essential

You will be tasked with assisting with the residents care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individuals rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Essential).
· Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills
