Shift Manager

Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to join our well established client.

Job Duties:

* Managing a shift of upto 20 employees.

* Conducting shift briefs to communicate important information out to employees.

* Ensuring the smooth running of the shift to ensure that KPIs are met at all times.

* Feeding back production information to stakeholders within the business.

* General production and quality duties may be involved as and when required.

* Ensuring that all health and safety measures are being adhered to at all times.

* Planning and prioritising customer orders to ensure all are completed to a high standard at all time.

* Liaise with the relevant Agency regarding staffing requirements.

* Provide First Aid cover.

Requirements:

* Positive can do outlook.

* Able to communicate and motivate both verbal and written.

* Attention to detail process and completion of paperwork.

* Computer literate, Microsoft Outlook.

* Willing to do overtime to cover other managers. .

* Minimum 3 years working in Operations environment as a Shift Supervisor or within an equivalent capacity.

Working hours: 12-hour shifts / 06:00 18:00 / 18:00 06:00 / 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Salary: £28,000 Per Annum.

Full Time, Permanent
