Smart Solutions are working with a successful, established Property and Energy business based in Cardiff with a portfolio of projects across the UK and internationally. An opportunity has arisen for a Development Land Agent to join the team. You will help grow the business across the South Wales and West area, working closely with the MD. The successful candidate would need to show experience and ability to immediately pick up-ongoing instructions ranging from single build plots through to large scale strategic sites.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (Flexibility)

Core Duties of the Development Land Agent:

*

Identifying and appraising new development opportunities.

*

Contacting and engaging with agents and landowners to start building relationships.

*

Gain a basic understanding of sales values across the region through researching the different marketplaces.

*

Preparation of information to be used in appraisals and board papers.

*

Working closely with the development management team.

Key Skills of the Development Land Agent:

*

Background and experience in land development and knowledge of the residential property market.

*

A degree in Economics, Planning, Project Management, Real Estate or another discipline relevant to land acquisition would be useful, but we will equally acknowledge all candidates.

*

A full driving license is essential, ideally with own car, and the ability to visit sites across South Wales & South West.
