Machine Operative

Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Machine Operative to join our Chesterfield based client.
Job Duties:
* Operate various running machinery.
* Measuring and assembling goods in the factory or warehouse.
* Carry out daily maintenance tasks.
* Storing goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse.
* Preparing materials for use by other production staff.
* Moving materials / finished goods to the appropriate location.
* Using lifting equipment and forklift trucks (where training has been given).
* Cleaning and maintaining machinery.
* Maintain the working areas of the Production facility.
* Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Directors or other senior managers.
Requirements:
* Good attention to detail due to the nature of the role.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Good technical ability with a machine setter background.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (regular afters shift).
Salary: £11.03 Per Hour + regular overtime available.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position
