My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely apartment, as we are both now buying our own flats. If not, we definitely would’ve renewed our lease!

We need someone to take over our tenancy which lasts until 31st August 2024. Currently the rent is £1940, so for the rest of the tenancy agreement length (until 31st August) you will be getting the apartment for a lot less than the market value, as it was based on last years pricing. If both parties are happy you can renew this contract at the market rate.
