Build/Production Coordinator

Salary - Up to £30,000
Hours - Monday - Thursday 07.45 - 16.45
Friday - 07.45 - 16.15

As our Coordinator, you will deal with the processing of vehicle deliveries from clients, dealers & manufacturers, liaising with Fleet Management companies in relation to the delivery of driver packs, fuel cards etc, populating of vehicle logistics report, populating of customer information such as build data and KPI information, overview of vehicle damage reporting process, populating of company planning system with information, maintenance of records in accordance with Company procedures, attendance at meetings and exhibitions as required.

Training providedWhat does the Build/Production Coordinator job involve?
To maintain good working relations and regular communication with customers through contract/order management. Order/contract processing and execution through to order completion. Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not restricted to, the following:

Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to Modul-System's premises
Scheduling and notification of deliveries to both end client and production planner to enable completion of order and dispatch of vehicles
Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
Liaison with customers throughout the contract / order process
Liaison with Operations, Technical and Procurement regarding the scheduling of installation orders related to vehicle deliveries
Populating of production planning system to enable the planner to accurately schedule vehicles in line with vehicle availability
Participation in daily production meetings
