You
We are looking for a dynamic individual with direct Management experience in either automotive or transport industries or a parallel business working with a depot and field based workforce.
You will need previous experience of motivating and developing a team of remote workers on a daily basis. Our industry is 24/7 so you will need to be willing to regularly work outside of a 9 to 5 environment.
Most importantly you will need the desire and vision to challenge and seek improvement as our Company grows, taking responsibility for your team's performance.

The role
The role of the Regional Recovery Manager is based at our Bristol site but includes time spent out in the field monitoring the team's performance.
You will be responsible for approximately 20 to 30 drivers using a range of vehicles from 3500 kg to articulated car transporters. Some are home based and some operate from the Bristol depot.
Within the remit will be overall Management of the Bristol site which includes a comprehensive vehicle storage facility and retail repair operations.
