Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Designer to join our team in Clitheroe, Lancashire. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical and instrumentation systems for engineering projects in the scientific and pharmaceutical industries.

Job Duties:

Designing electrical and instrumentation systems based on project requirements
Developing detailed technical drawings and specifications
Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure project success
Conducting site visits and inspections as needed
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:

Degree/HNC in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Designer
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation design principles
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification in Electrical Design
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, and may require occasional travel to project sites. The working hours are full-time, and the successful candidate will work on a contract basis.
