Reed Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced contracts manager for a client based in Dorset that specialise across various sectors, and who deliver construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects, varying from £20k to £5m.

This is a a great opportunity to join a growing business that has been established for over 30 years.

Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of success. Who will
be responsible for negotiating, managing, and executing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to prioritize company demands during busy periods.

About you...
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to review and understand contracts
* Experience with procurement and client management
* Knowledge of construction industry regulations and laws
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experienced with pre-construction documents and cost analyses
* Will be familiar with overseeing multiple projects ranging from £10k - £2m
