Midlands Area (Hybrid Working)
£35K + Commission + Company Car

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be required to
* Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
* Delivering KPIs and key customer satisfaction scores by ensuring customers requirements are achieved
* Ensuring that sales discussions are closed appropriately using our contracting process and within our Terms & Conditions.
* Being the first point of contact for own Account escalations, and problem resolution.
* Visiting and speaking with clients and undertaking site visits to existing and new clients, which may require frequent travel within the UK.
* Canvassing leads, performing telesales calls, and forging relationships and inroads with key decision-makers to be able to create new business opportunities.
Experience / Skillset required for this role
* Previous experience in a business development role.
* Have experience winning contracts in the facilities management industry
* Experience in grounds maintenance or winter services
