Opportunity to join a Redditch-based primary school in a School Caretaker/general Maintenance capacity. This person must have an enhanced DBS check.

To be successful in this position you will need to meet the following requirements:

" Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate
" Experience in building maintenance/handywork
" Comfortable in carrying out 'fire regulation checks'
" Able to communicate with on-site contractors
" Supervise & delegate cleaning duties
