ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Manager/Director at Linaker, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the business continues to achieve commercial success.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Providing legislative insight in the preparation of client commercial terms and contracts.
Working closely with our Supply Chain manager to ensure commercial terms for Subcontractor and Supplier engagement are current.
Working closely with our Account Managers and Directors to ensure we are fulfilling our commercial obligations and measuring contract performance (KPI/SLAs) correctly.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business to maximise profitability of existing contracts.
Act as escalated point of contact for any commercial issues arising across all contracts.
Completion of complex cost renewals when required.
Monitor commercial performance of contracts using key metrics and prepare reports for the monthly operational/statutory board meetings.
Managing and tracking budget and financial performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager/Director within the FM industry.
Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
Strong Financial acumen with a record of improving financial performance across multiple contracts.
Solid knowledge of legislative regulations, risk, and cost mitigation measures within the FM industry.
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities..
