Here for sale is my 2009 VW Scirocco GT TDi, the 170bhp model.

112800 miles (will increase slightly).
MOT April 2025.
There is extensive service history, spead between stamps in the book, and receipts.
2 keys.
Cambelt last replaced May 2020 at 72k.

It has a good spec, cruise control, dual climate, Flat bottom wheel, MFD. AC works perfectly too.

I have had the thermostat replaced (January 2024) as it was taking forever to reach 90 degrees, but would never stay there, a common issue which has been rectified.

Overall I would give the bodywork a strong 8/10, the whole body would benefit nicely from a decent polish with a professional. The thing that really lets it down is the front bumper, there are various lacquer peel spots, marks, scuffs etc. I was planning to get this resprayed by a friend but its just a cost I won't see come back to me so I would rather just take the loss on the sale. I am sure even a second hand one may crop up on ebay but again, it isn't worth the hassle for me.

Genuine reason for sale is that I hav e a works van that we were told cannot be used for personal mileage, however this has recently changed so I don't have a need for this anymore, I did toy with the idea of keeping it but its a cost of maintenance, insurance, tax and MOT that I can easily avoid.

Does not come on the private plate, the original reg is YH59 XAD, this is now back on the car.

Happy to listen to offers, however I do keep the car at a storage facility about 10 minutes away from my house during the week, so I am not in an immediate rush to sell it.
