TXM Recruit are currently looking for Domestic Electricians to work in the Midlands for one of the UKs largest and leading FM Companies. The areas will include Wolverhampton, Solihull and Smethwick. The role will be working Monday Friday, 40 hours a week, 8am 5pm.

The salary will be up to £37,000 per year + price work DOE.

As an Electrician, you will undertake a variety of tasks in social housing properties. The tasks will involve EICR testing, remedial works, fault finding etc.

As an Electrician you will be working in the Social Housing setting covering Birmingham.

Responsibilities:
EICR testing
Remedial works
Covering a lot of properties in short time frame
Fault finding.
To be successful, you will be expected to have the below Qualifications & Experience
18th Edition
NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
2391 or equivalent
