The property is very close to Wellingborough with the town centre only a short walk away! There are plenty of large supermarkets and retail parks within a short walk. Rushden Lakes is also close by where you can shop till your heart's content and go for a nice stroll around the lakes.
There are easy transport links to the whole of Northamptonshire with the A45 close by. Wellingborough Train Station is a 14 minute walk away where there are regular trains to London in the South and Birmingham to the North.

2) Information provided by you in your rental application is false and inaccurate
All our housemates have to be referenced, it is how we make sure we get the right people in the house. This is done all remotely and online. It is quick and simple and usually takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker. We won't be able to move you in before this is done.
